Thank you for shopping at TAH Chula. Each item is made to order with love and care through our print-on-demand partners. Please review our return and refund policy before making your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Because all items are custom made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Shipping delays outside our control
Please refer to our size guides before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will happily offer a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

You received the wrong item
Steps to request a replacement:

Email us at support@tahchula.com within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the item and issue

Once verified, we will submit a claim through our third-party provider and send a replacement free of charge (or offer a refund if the product is unavailable).
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return items directly to our office or the return address on the shipping label. We do not accept returns sent without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to shipping carriers, we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary. If your order shows as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping provider directly.
