Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at TAH Chula. We are committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order apparel inspired by heritage, strength, and culture. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Fulfillment Process

All of our products are printed on demand using a third-party provider. This means your items are made especially for you after your order is placed.

  • Fulfillment Time: Typically 2 to 7 business days.

  • Processing begins the next business day after your order is submitted.

  • Fulfillment may take longer during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales).

Note: Items in the same order may be fulfilled and shipped separately depending on product type and print provider location.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight, delivery location, and shipping method.

  • TAH Chula is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Shipping times are in addition to fulfillment time and are only estimates.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Shipping Carriers

TAH Chula and its third-party providers use major carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (occasionally)

The selected carrier may vary depending on the fulfillment partner and shipping destination.


5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first contact the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

  • If your item is lost or delayed, email us and we will work with Printify to investigate the issue and offer a resolution when possible.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Email us at support@tahchula.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will submit a claim to the appropriate third-party provider and, if approved, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or delays due to shipping carriers.


7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom made, all sales are final.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
